When Karrie and Breana began K&B Lending, it was to ensure their clients were more relational than transactional, neither Karrie nor Breana will ever make you feel out of the loop, like you’re not sure what you’re agreeing to, or that you aren’t making the best decision for your future.

Both Texas natives, Karrie and Breana are incredibly comfortable and well-versed in Central Texas.
